What You’ll Do
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients, stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. Your construction industry experience will help deliver valuable insights and practical solutions for clients.

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, identify challenges, and recommend solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to document business processes, system requirements, and functional specifications.

Assist in developing project plans by defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

Work with solution architects, developers, and functional consultants to align business needs with technical solutions.

Identify opportunities to improve and optimize business processes.

Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, process flows, use cases, and test cases.

Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure successful system adoption.

Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central updates and recommend enhancements for ongoing projects.
Who You Are

Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Experience in the construction industry or strong knowledge of construction business processes is highly preferred.

Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Resource Planning.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in creating documentation such as process flows, functional specifications, and test cases.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments is an advantage.

Relevant Business Analysis or Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are preferred.
