What you’ll do:
As a Business Central Developer, you will play a key role in the successful implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for a growing portfolio. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining Business Central applications, ensuring they meet the business requirements and align with industry best practices. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical skill set, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
In addition, you’ll also:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for Business Central development.
- Develop, customize, and enhance Business Central solutions using AL language, C/AL, and C/SIDE.
- Implement and configure extensions, integrations, and workflows within the Business Central ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, functional consultants, and end-users, to ensure the successful implementation of Business Central solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Business Central applications to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers or team members as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest updates and releases in the Business Central platform and proactively apply them to enhance development processes and solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including code comments, system configurations, and deployment guidelines.
Who you Are:
- Hands-on experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central applications.
- Strong proficiency in AL language, C/AL, and C/SIDE development environments.
- Experience with developing and configuring extensions, integrations, and workflows in Business Central.
- Solid understanding of the Business Central object model and database structure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and the ability to write SQL queries and scripts.
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and integration techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality code and solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central development are highly desirable.
