With more projects won, our client is seeking a skilled D365 Business Central Implementer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on end-to-end implementations and contribute to the success of our clients’ businesses.
What you’ll do:
As a D365 Business Central Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of D365 Business Central solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design tailored solutions, configure the system, and provide training and support. Your expertise in D365 Business Central implementation methodologies, functional knowledge, and project management skills will be instrumental in delivering successful implementations.
In addition, you’ll also:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 Business Central solutions.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including system configuration, data migration, customization, and integration with third-party systems.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to document current and desired business processes, system requirements, and functional specifications.
- Design and configure D365 Business Central modules, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project management, to meet client needs.
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation phase, including user acceptance testing and system adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, developers, and functional consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct system testing to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and post-implementation assistance, including issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Stay up to date with the latest updates and releases in D365 Business Central and proactively apply them to enhance project outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.
Who you are:
- Strong functional knowledge of D365 Business Central modules, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project management.
- Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, customization, and integration within D365 Business Central.
- Solid understanding of D365 Business Central implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and drive successful implementation projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented approach and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with end-user training and support.
- Microsoft certifications in D365 Business Central are highly desirable.
