We are currently seeking a talented Implementation Consultant to join this growing practice. What you’ll do:
As an implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the successful deployment and configuration of D365 Business Central solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead the implementation process from start to finish. Your deep understanding of D365 Business Central, combined with your strong consulting skills, will enable you to provide expert guidance and ensure the optimal utilization of the platform to meet our clients’ business needs.
In addition, you’ll also:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and goals, and translate them into effective D365 Business Central configurations.
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to document current and desired business processes, system requirements, and functional specifications.
- Design and configure D365 Business Central solutions, including chart of accounts, workflows, customizations, and integrations.
- Guide clients through the implementation process, providing expertise on best practices, industry standards, and system capabilities.
- Conduct system testing, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements.
- Provide end-user training and support during the post-implementation phase, promoting user adoption and system utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest updates and releases in D365 Business Central, proactively applying them to enhance project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships.
Who you are:
- In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central, including core functionalities, modules, and configuration options.
- Strong understanding of business processes across various industries, with experience in finance, supply chain, and project management.
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and post-implementation support.
- Proficiency in configuring D365 Business Central, including chart of accounts setup, workflow design, and customizations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques, APIs, and data migration strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong consulting and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.
