A high growth Microsoft Gold Partner is hiring a Senior Solution Architect who is passionate about helping them accomplish their objectives and lead within this growing organization. They are seeking a highly skilled SA with experience implementing Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you’ll play a critical role in driving the success of our clients’ digital transformation projects. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, designing scalable Microsoft Dynamics solutions, and overseeing the implementation of D365 Business Central for multiple projects. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of the software development life cycle, best practices, and a strong business acumen.
In addition, you’ll also:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions within the Dynamics NAV and Business Central ecosystems.
- Lead the design and architecture of Business Central projects, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct thorough system analysis and design reviews to identify potential gaps or risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, system configurations, and deployment guidelines.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and updates in the Dynamics NAV and Business Central landscape, and proactively apply them to enhance project outcomes.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and mentoring to junior team members as needed.
Who you are:
- Hands-on experience implementing Dynamics NAV, with a strong focus on Business Central projects.
- Proven track record of leading successful end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, AX, GP, SL) and/or D365 Business Central or F&O solutions.
- Extensive experience with solution architecture, including designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and technologies (e.g., APIs, web services, EDI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics NAV or Business Central are highly desirable.
