Overview
Our client, a Microsoft Solutions Partner, is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer to help organizations design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.
In this client-facing consulting role, you’ll partner with organizations ranging from mid-market businesses to enterprise clients, delivering cloud modernization, Azure migration, Microsoft 365 transformation, and security initiatives. Working alongside Solution Architects, Project Managers, and technical consultants, you’ll help clients build secure, scalable cloud environments that support long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Lead Azure migration, infrastructure modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives
- Configure and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune
- Implement Microsoft security solutions, including Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft XDR, and identity management best practices
- Troubleshoot complex cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security-related issues
- Develop technical documentation, implementation plans, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and project teams to deliver successful client implementations
- Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations that help clients maximize their Microsoft cloud investments
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure and cloud environments
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure
- Strong experience designing and supporting Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 enterprise environments
- Experience delivering Azure migration, infrastructure modernization, or cloud transformation projects
- Experience with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft security technologies
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication skills
- Experience working within a Microsoft Partner, consulting firm, or Managed Services Provider (MSP) preferred

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) required
- AZ-500, SC-300, or SC-100 certifications preferred
- Experience implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, or Dynamics GP environments
- Experience supporting enterprise cloud transformation projects across multiple industries
