Overview
Our client, a Microsoft Solutions Partner, is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant to deliver enterprise supply chain transformation initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
In this client-facing consulting role, you will work with operations, manufacturing, procurement, warehouse, and executive stakeholders to design and implement scalable supply chain solutions that improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, manufacturing performance, and end-to-end business processes. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, Project Managers, and client stakeholders throughout every phase of the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and business process assessments with operations and supply chain stakeholders
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions aligned with client operational objectives
- Advise clients on Microsoft best practices, standard application functionality, and supply chain process improvements
- Prepare functional design documentation and collaborate with technical consultants throughout solution delivery
- Lead conference room pilots, user acceptance testing, and end-user training
- Support data migration, cutover planning, go-live, and post-production stabilization
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, manufacturing, and planning processes
- Communicate project risks, recommendations, and implementation decisions to client stakeholders and project leadership
Qualifications
- Experience delivering at least two full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations
- Experience leading discovery workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain best practices
- Experience configuring standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management functionality
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions
- Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and consulting skills
- Experience working for a Microsoft Partner, ERP consulting firm, or professional services organization

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
- Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management as part of an integrated Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solution
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Dataverse
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), Electronic Reporting (ER), Dual-write, and Data Management Framework (DMF)
- Experience supporting enterprise, multi-site, multi-company, or global Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations
- Experience delivering solutions for manufacturing, distribution, retail, consumer products, or other complex supply chain organizations
