Overview
Our client, a Microsoft Solutions Partner, is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions built on Microsoft’s AI platform.
In this client-facing consulting role, you will partner with executive stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate business objectives into secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions. You’ll lead solution architecture, guide technical delivery teams, and help organizations adopt generative AI, intelligent automation, and modern data platforms responsibly.
This role combines business consulting, enterprise architecture, and technical leadership. Success requires balancing business value, user adoption, governance, security, and long-term scalability.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive discovery workshops to identify AI opportunities and business priorities
- Translate business requirements into enterprise AI solution architectures
- Design scalable solutions using Microsoft’s AI ecosystem, including Azure AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform
- Define solution roadmaps for generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, and enterprise knowledge management
- Advise clients on AI governance, security, compliance, Responsible AI, and enterprise architecture best practices
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and delivery teams throughout implementation
- Provide architectural oversight during solution design, development, testing, and deployment
- Support pre-sales engagements by leading architecture discussions, solution demonstrations, workshops, and proposal development
- Stay current on Microsoft’s evolving AI platform and recommend new capabilities that deliver measurable business value
Qualifications
- Experience designing enterprise AI or intelligent automation solutions within the Microsoft technology ecosystem
- Experience leading client discovery workshops, architecture sessions, and consulting engagements
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, enterprise integration, identity, security, and solution governance
- Experience translating complex business challenges into practical AI solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging executive stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Experience working for a Microsoft Solutions Partner, consulting firm, systems integrator, or professional services organization

- Experience designing production AI solutions using Azure AI, Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and modern application lifecycle management
- Experience leading enterprise AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience presenting solution architectures to executive stakeholders and supporting technical pre-sales engagements
